Whether you've been part of the Jewish food scene for 10 years or less than a year, the Jewish Food Media Conference is for all levels of experience to network and learn with a community of makers, dreamers, and influencers!


of the Jewish Food Media Conference (JFMCON) is to bring together our community of Jewish food media professionals in a positive atmosphere that encourages personal and business growth. The JFMCON programming is designed to enhance the understanding of social media, trends, photography, branding, marketing, networking, and ethics. More than 200 bloggers and media are expected to attend the conference with a combined reach of over 1 million.


began 7 years ago, when a small group of Jewish food bloggers gathered to connect, learn how to grow our brands, and enhance our skills. Since then, the conference has grown each year to include Instagrammers, cookbook authors, magazine editors, kosher brand owners, marketing professionals, and so many more! JFMCON is now the leading platform for Jewish food personalities and business builders to collaborate, discuss trends, and learn strategies to grow their business through social media.



Eitan Bernath

With over 111k+ Instagram followers and 1.6 million+ monthly views, New Jersey- based teen chef and social media influencer Eitan Bernath has taken the digital culinary world by storm. A prolific food & lifestyle blogger, YouTuber, in-demand recipe developer, and gifted food photographer, Eitan has already appeared on Food Network twice and been recently been profiled by Instagram to their 249 million followers- all by the age of 16! His loyal followers love the way he serves up international—and often exotic—comfort food in a warm, down-to-earth style.

Miriam Pascal

Miriam Pascal is the founder of, one of the internet’s leading destinations for approachable kosher recipes. While Miriam’s blogging initially started as a creative hobby, the Overtime Cook brand now includes cookbooks, a food column in a leading kosher magazine, and a popular social media presence.

Recently she was nominated by Saveur Magazine in the 2018 Saveur Blog Awards under the category- “Best Food Instagram”. When she’s not baking and dancing in her kitchen you can find her at her favorite yoga spot.

Malkie Scholnick

Malkie Scholnick is the founder of Power Your Edge where she is the resident email marketing magician, online course consultant and business app junkie. She recently published "Earn Money While You Sleep" an intensive overview of passive income, online course creation, and marketing, based on her experience as an online course creator at The Bold Edge.

Naomi Nachman

Growing up in Australia and watching her mother and grandmother prepare amazing meals, Naomi developed her love of innovative cooking. In 2004, she started her own kosher personal chef business, The Aussie Gourmet. Sharing her enthusiasm for creative recipes, Naomi gives cooking demonstrations across the globe and produces kosher cooking competitions across North America, igniting excitement in the participants. Naomi hosts a weekly show, Table for Two with Naomi Nachman, on the Nachum Segal Network. The program covers all food-related topics, and in addition, she covers food and travel trends in a monthly magazine column for Mishpacha Magazine. As a contributing editor for The Jewish Home newspaper, her articles and recipes are published weekly across the country. Naomi is also a recipe developer and brand ambassador for several major food companies, representing them across several media platforms.Naomi is the author of the bestselling Perfect for Pesach cookbook and her second cookbook, Perfect Flavors, comes out in November.

Danielle Renov

Born and raised in New York, Danielle Renov of @peaslovencarrots brings her Moroccan and mediterranean influenced recipes to a world wide audience out of her home in Jerusalem, Israel. Melinda Strauss is the founder of the Jewish Food Media Conference, a food blogger and certified health coach based in Long Island, NY. Her blog,, has established itself as a leader in the kosher food industry with its creative recipes, positive message and innovative flavor combinations that inspire readers to be fearless in the kitchen.

Chanie Apfelbuam

Chanie Apfelbaum is a food blogger, recipe developer and food photographer who blogs about her cooking adventures at She has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The Meredith Vieira Show, The Huffington Post, News12 Brooklyn, NY1, Thrillist, and more. Her debut cookbook, Millennial Kosher (Artscroll Mesorah Publications) was released in April 2018.
